Please allow 48 hours cancellation notice.

 

Any appointments cancelled within this time will be charged 50% of the booking total.

 

No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking total.

 

If you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment your booking will be classed as a no-show as we will not have the time to carry out your service.

 

Please note: We do not answer enquiries over weekends. You can cancel your own appointment via text from our booking system provider, Fresha.
